Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
How to Cancel
Contact customer support immediately with your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Process
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Products
Customized blouses, personalised products, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Seller Cancellation
We may cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment verification failures, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Full refunds will be provided where applicable.
